Inviting another Company to Subscribe to Your Data

You can invite another Services Portal customer to subscribe to transaction types you assign. You first request authorization, then create the invitation.

Identify the company to invite

  1. Make an agreement with the company you want to share data with. If they are not already on the Services Portal, discuss options with your customer service rep (CSR).
  2. Ask your CSR to have the company authorized to receive your invitation.

Create the invitation

  1. From any Services Portal page, click Administration, then click the Integration tab.
  2. Click Cross Company Invitations.
  3. Click Create Invitation.
  4. Select the company to invite, and type a description indicating the reason for the invitation.
  5. Select the transaction type you want the other company to subscribe to.
  6. If selections appear in Filters, select filters and enter criteria as desired.
  7. To save your changes, click Save.
  8. To share additional data, complete steps 3-5 for remaining transaction types.
  9. Notify the company that they can subscribe to your data.

Check for an active subscription

  1. From the Administration, Integration tab, click Cross Company Invitations.
  2. Locate the invitation of interest and look in the Subscribed? column. "Yes" indicates the company has created a subscriber.
