Creating Address Lists

Create address lists when you want to assign a group of users to cover vehicles or when you need to send messages to a user group, such as the Safety Department.

  1. Click the Setup tab, then click Address Lists.
  2. Click Create Address List.
  3. Type the Address list ID and Description. You use the ID when assigning the group to cover a vehicle or when selecting an entity to send a message to.
  4. Select users in the Users not in list box and click Add. A user can be a member of multiple address lists.
  5. To save your changes, click Save.
