Creating Address Lists
Create address lists when you want to assign a group of users to cover vehicles or when you need to send messages to a user group, such as the Safety Department.
- Click the Setup tab, then click Address Lists.
- Click Create Address List.
- Type the Address list ID and Description. You use the ID when assigning the group to cover a vehicle or when selecting an entity to send a message to.
- Select users in the Users not in list box and click Add. A user can be a member of multiple address lists.
- To save your changes, click Save.
