Help with Omnitracs Products and Web Applications

If you need assistance using any of our applications or setting up and managing user accounts, a variety of self-service help options are available which may provide a quick and easy solution to your problem.

  • Click on the ? icon on any page or click Help in the banner to launch online help for the application complete with itemized categories and a robust search function
  • Click Help then Training in the banner to launch the training page with a list of documents, job aids, and training videos for each application

Ordering/Returning Equipment

To order new equipment, check the status of an order, check warranties, or return equipment (RMA), self-service is available through the Customer Portal.

  • To order new parts or applications, click here

  • To check a warranty, initiate an RMA, or check the status of an RMA, click here

Contracts

You can view contracts that have been accepted online and contract details on the Customer Portal or email Omnitracs' Contracts department at contracts@omnitracs.com.

For questions about an invoice or tax exemptions contact Omnitracs Accounts Receivable and Billing at 888-352-2492 or qes-invoice-help@omnitracs.com. Limited self-service is also available through the Customer Portal.
