Resend Vehicle Parameters

When you change vehicle type or fleet overrange parameters, a message is sent to all affected vehicles with the new parameters. You can view vehicles that did not receive the parameters, and resend them to the failed vehicles. The information below your name on the right tells you which assets you are working with based on global group membership.

Check and resend fleetwide overrange parameters

  1. Click Vehicles.
  2. At the top of the list, click More options.
  3. Under Status, select Failure in the Fleetwide Overrange Parameters drop-down list and click Search.
    The list of selected, authorized vehicles whose parameter reset failed appears.
  4. Click Resend at the top of the list.
  5. Click Submit to resend parameters to all listed vehicles and request a full extract.

Check and resend vehicle type parameters

  1. Click Vehicles.
  2. At the top of the list, click More options.
  3. Under Status, select Failure in the Vehicle Type Parameters drop-down list and click Search.
    The list of selected, authorized vehicles whose parameter reset failed appears.
  4. Click Resend at the top of the list.
  5. Click Submit to resend parameters to all listed vehicles and request a full extract.

List failed vehicles by vehicle type

  1. Click Vehicles, then click More options.
  2. In Vehicle Type, select the group from the Type drop-down list.
  3. In Status, select Failure in the Vehicle Type Parameters drop-down list and click Search.
The list of selected, authorized vehicles in the group that failed to receive the last parameter reset are listed. Click Resend to resend parameters to the failed vehicles in the group.
