Filter and Sort the Vehicle List

The list on the Vehicles tab contains all selected, authorized vehicles reporting data. The information below your name on the right tells you which assets you are working with based on global group membership. Click the linked text to view and change your global group filter.

In the search area above the list, you can change the sort and filter to view a specific set of vehicles.

  1. Click Vehicles.
  2. To find a specific vehicle, type its ID in the text box at the top of the list and click Search.
  3. To change the sort to list by vehicle manager, click vehicle and select vehicle manager from the drop-down list. Optionally, type a manager ID to list all vehicles for the manager.
  4. Click Search.
  5. To filter the list by other criteria, click More options.
  6. Select any combination of the Vehicle Type or Extract, Vehicle Type Parameters, or Fleetwide Overrange Parameters statuses.
    For example, to locate all vehicles that did not receive the latest parameters when you changed a vehicle type, select the vehicle type, then select Failed from the Vehicle Type Parameters drop-down list.
  7. Click search.
The vehicle list refreshes with selected, authorized vehicles that match the search options. Icons at the top of the list let you:
  • Request extract Perform an extraction for all of the listed vehicles
  • Resend Resend vehicle parameters to all of the listed vehicles
