Settings

Email Alerts—Specify who receives email notifications when VIRs with defects are reported. To change a notification, select it, make your changes, and click Edit. To add a notification, click Add Notification and repeat the previous steps. Click Save and Close.
Configuration—Make inspection reports mandatory or not, alert your drivers when one is due, be notified within the VIR application that new defect reports with defects were received, and identify what federal rule sets your fleet runs
Integration—Allows you to send VIR information to third-party software, such as a maintenance system. For more information about integrating VIR, contact your Customer Service Representative.
Driver Closure—Used for owner-operators. Type individual unit numbers (UAs) or import a .csv listing mobile UAs for drivers that are allowed to close their own defect reports.
