Reporting and Monitoring

To track your drivers’ compliance, you should run and review several reports on a regular basis. Reports you should run on a daily basis are:

On a weekly basis you should run the Odometer Jump report to identify vehicles that may have been tampered with.

To run a report

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Click the report.
  3. Enter any parameters like driver, depot, time, or format, then click View Report.
  4. After the report runs, select a location where you want to save it.

Audit Preparation
