Firmware Setup

As part of AOBRD to ELD conversion, you’ll need to ensure your units are at an ELD-compliant firmware version and update driver, vehicle, and carrier fields.

Run a fleet profile to identify what firmware your units are running.

ELD Compliant versions are:

• IVG DA0608R or greater
• MCP110/MCP200 AA1662R or greater
• MCP50 CA1379R or greater

Now you may upgrade to an ELD-compliant firmware version. If your devices are already running a compliant version, you may skip this step and enable ELD.

Update Your Firmware

When you are ready to get started you can either update the units manually using a USB stick or over-the-air.
